Well, I'd mentioned a month ago that I'd take some pics of the new place when we got it finished. Well, this past Saturday we finally got a couch and coffee table, so we were finally able to arrange and finish unpacking the living room. Nice couch, too. Huge. See for yourself.

Here's the living room as you come in through the front door. The coffee table needs a new top, but it was free. Shut up. You all remember the throne, I'm sure.

Here's the living room from as seen from the hallway, featuring the new couch. Yes, it's blurry. No, I'm not going to re-take it. Doesn't that couch look cozy?

Here's the view into my bedroom from the living room.

Here's my computer corner, with my new desk and chair. And a glass of soda. And my Mexican Strat. Check out those snazzy LCD monitors!

Blurry shot of my bed, messy nightstand, and my American Strat, bathed in a holy light. OK, bathed in a fluorescent light.

The other corner, closet, and my music stuff. Notice the "Appalachin" street sign. Yes, it's misspelled, I presume that's why it was in a dumpster. Just to the left of it, there's a license place that says "Boone". I didn't include it in the picture because I don't want you to think I'm a sentimental, homesick dork. (I figured I'd just tell you instead).

Here's an artistic interpretation of my screen door. Just because.

Not pictured:
The kitchen, which is, once again, filled with empty boxes that were once stacked in the living room (and not empty).
The Bathroom. Who needs to see the bathroom? If you must, you can see some if it here.
Mike's room. That's up to him to show. He does have a desk just like mine, though.
The outside. It's dark. Did you really want to see the car-port, storage room, and patio? Didn't think so.

The couch folds out into a queen sized bed, by the way. So come on over for a visit!!

Happy 4th tomorrow, if I don't post anything.
